Virginia Tech fires Seth Greenberg as head coach
The Virginia Tech Hokies under head coach Seth Greenberg lived perpetually on the bubble of the NCAA Tournament, usually just missing out. Last year, they weren't even closer to the bubble so Virginia Tech decided to fire Greenberg on Monday, stunning the man who roamed the Hokies' sideline for the last nine years.

One of the legendary coaches in the history of women's college basketball is stepping down. Not do to lack of success or scandal, illness has forced Pat Summitt to stepping aside as Tennessee's women's basketball coach and taking the title of "head coach emeritus."

Isiah Thomas has had a lot of jobs since retiring as a Hall of Fame basketball player. He might want to re-think his occupation as basketball coach.

Thomas was fired after three years at Florida International on Friday after going 26-65 in three seasons.
